- THERE IS A MANDATORY PARENT MEETING on Monday, June 1st at 5:30pm at the Jake Bender Pool. If you register a swimmer - you or another Guardian must attend the meeting. This will also be the first practice for our swimmers.
- In addition to registering for swim team, each swimmer must purchase a pool pass from the city. They offer individual passes or family passes. Pricing in 2023 was [$130 for a family pass], [$80 for a child 12 and up pass], and [$70 for a child 11 and under]-please contact the Pool for up to date pricing.
- Morning practices begin on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. We currently offer practices Monday thru Thursday mornings (Beginners 9:00-9:30 & Seasoned Swimmers 9:30-10:15) Attending each practice IS NOT mandatory, but we ask that you aim to attend 2-3 practices a week.
- Parents are needed to work all home and away swim meets. Once we have a better idea of how many swimmers we will have-we will know how many meets your family must work to fulfill their team obligation. Typically it is 4-6 meets of the season.
- Communication between swim team and parents will be via SwimTopia. This is where you will get updates regarding swim team, this is also where you will RSVP your swimmer for meets and see results etc. It is imperative that you download the app and get familiar with how it works. This will ensure you are in the loop during the short swim season. A google calendar is on our website that will have an overview of the season for you.
